It is a healthier alternative to regular wheat-based pasta, which is why we’ve used organic quinoa pasta elbows for our premium macaroni and cheese. The quinoa pasta elbows also contain organic white rice and organic amaranth for an enhanced texture similar to wheat-based pasta but is much healthier.

How to make your own quick, tasty and customizable Macaroni and Cheese**

Serves: 2-3 people (per pack)
Preparation Time: Up to 20 minutes

Ingredients:

Instructions:
1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
2. Add pasta to the boiling water. Optionally, add salt as needed if preferred to cook in salt water.
3. Cook the pasta for approximately 10 minutes or until it reaches a creamy white color. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
4. Drain the water from the cooked pasta.
5. Gradually add the powdered cheese pack to the pasta, mixing well between each addition. For a creamier consistency, add a splash of water or milk as desired.
